Synopsis

We’ve all heard the warnings – our planet is falling apart… and we humans are responsible. But have we really listened to what Mother Earth is telling us? Maybe we will – if we hear it from those who know more about environmental issues and who care about them the most… Those whose generation will be affected… Those whose lives are at stake. This documentary gives Mother Earth a rare voice, through her children.

This is the story of how we’ve neglected and abused our planet. No experts, no scientists – hear only the truth from kids 5 and up as they state the facts the way they see it. Together with beautifully shot images of our world, filmed by one of South East Asia’s most talented film-directors, Faozan Rizal, they speak about the true state of our environment.

We have information and statistics to make us exclaim in horror and shake our heads in disbelief. But is that as far as it goes for many of us? Listen as the children speak candidly about the painless solutions and painful decisions that we need to make. It may be a simple flick of the switch that could help save the planet.
